If you receive a broken candle, please email us within 5 days and send a picture of the defective item. We will replace the item within 10 business days after we have received the picture of the defective item. We do not offer refunds.
By purchasing our candles, you agree that you understand the correct burning method and handling of our candles.
Some candles may have slightly melted or sweated due to high temperatures during shipping. This does not change the quality or the way your candle burns.
